So I recently started using Wiley to supplement Becker. I’m finding that Wiley’s questions (especially the simulations) are harder than Beckers. They are throwing me off completly. My prior 2 attempts on REG I’ve gotten “stronger” for property transactions, but now that I’m reviewing Wiley and I’m worried =( but at the same time glad that I purchased Wiley…the simulations are no joke on the actual exam.

It’s killing…not sure if I should dig this deep in property transactions, it’s confusing me more ughhhhhh

Anyone else have these concerns? Should we know this much for the day of the exam? Running out of time =(

I'm really thrown off of property transaction as well…did Becker even cover that? I'm doing well on other Wiley MCQs (haven't started b-law MCQs on it yet), especially taxation…but having extremely hard time on property tran:(((

You have to know property transactions…

Agree you need to know property transactions. But in my experience the Wiley Sims can be much longer and more complicated (they seem to be designed to cover a topic comprehensively or in various permutations) than the actual exam Sims, which makes sense when you think you have to do 6 of them in an hour or hour and half.
