I having been using Becker with great results for the other three sections of the exam, but I feel that Becker is weak for REG. Does the Yaeger CRAM for REG explain 1231 assets, AMT and like-kind exchanges ect sufficiently? I would appreciate any Regulation CRAM input.

I also used Becker for REG and was a little weak in those areas. I don't have any input about the REG cram, but if you're a Club 75 member, there is a free 1 hour webinar that Dr. Yaeger goes over 1231 assets and like kind exchanges. I watched it the day before I took REG and it really helped things click for me! (The webinar also addresses a couple of FAR topics, so the REG stuff is probably 1/2 hour total). Just a thought.
The Becker questions and lecture explained it good enough for me that I passed with a 97. It was a little light on the subject given its presence in the test though.

I recommend going with the HomeStudy for REG over the cram...1231/1245/1250/like-kind exchanges with a liability swap/AMT are topics that are not covered well in all courses in my opinion...I would consider the HomeStudy over the cram...it costs a little more ($220 vs $345, but you get the whole course with the book and software included), but it's comprehensive over topics that you may be weak in, but need to know.
I took shortcuts over these exact topics and it earned me two 74s on REG before I wised up and used the HomeStudy.
