I still have the following to go, and then go over all the material that is done:

    Individual Taxation

    Contracts

    Sales

    Agency

Property Law & Intellectual Property Rights

    Commercial Paper/negotiable Instruments

    Secured Transactions

    Bankruptcy

    Debtor & Creditor Relationships (Suretyship)

Without being discouraging and being realistic, do you think 60 hours that I have left will be enough to cover these topics and go over MCQs for the remaining topics that I have already done? Please provide your response. Thank you for your help!

Well…normally I'm not a fan of trying to “time the exam”. Sound advice is to go over everything and know as much as you can on every topic before walking in that door. Realistically…you have to understand that business law combined covers 17-21% of the exam and is not a topic that is geared toward Sims. Individual taxation is extremely important because it can show up as a sim or MCQ and if I recall it's a pretty hefty portion. If it were me (and honestly I'm not looking that much better right now with an Aug30 exam date), I focus most of my time on Individual taxation, review the rest of taxation as much as possible and then attempt to memorize what you can of the more financially driven topics in business law. That and a little luck doesn't hurt!

    MBA,CMA,CPA, CFF?, ABV?

I am glad you mentioned that. I am going to go through Business Law for sure. Then read the rest of it.
