Does anyone know if the REG exams in January will be updated for the extender bill Congress recently passed (ie Sec 179, bonus, etc)?

BEC - 8/17/15 - 81 (Ninja 10 Pt Combo)
REG - 1/16/15 - 87 (Ninja 10 Pt Combo)
AUD - 11/26/15 - 90 (Yaeger & Ninja MCQ)
FAR - 2/13/16 - 84 (Gleim & Ninja MCQ)

I was just thinking the same exact thing – retake 1/8 for me… so hoping someone responds with an answer!

FAR - 84.
AUD - X,X,76.
REG - X,X,75.
BEC - X,X,74*, 81 AND IM DONE!!!!!!

*if i dont pass, i lose FAR.

Study materials: Becker videos/MCQ/Books, NINJA Blitz helped to finally pass AUD and REG.

First exam was in May 2013, seems like so long ago - FINALLY DONE!!!

No – tax laws are tested 6 months after the effective date or enactment date – whichever is later.

BEC - 80
FAR - 76
REG - 92
