Both if possible, I know not the answery you are looking for… But I think the SIMS will be more tax while MCQ's will cover both tax and law. When I took REG my 2nd time around I studied more law than tax because I had done better on tax… but then I forgot tax stuff and it hurt my score.

    Good luck!

Do you have the NINJA notes? I can't say if this is going to work or not, but this time I have heavily focused on tax (I did go over law twice though), and right now I'm rewriting my tax notes. For me, the NINJA notes are very helpful for law. They don't go into every single nuance, but they boil down the information in a very helpful way. I def. think you should go over everything at least once if not twice in whatever review course you have, but I'm not going over law in becker a 3rd time. I'm just going over the ninja notes. Keep in mind that historically, tax has been 80% of the material, and law 20%.

Obviously, I can't say for sure, but this is what I'm doing this time around. I'll let you know how it goes.

    REG- 53, 91
    BEC- 88
    FAR- 62, 85
    AUD- 85

    Ethics- 93
