Can anyone give me a general idea of the amount of tax-related MCQs and/or SIMS were tax related?

BEC - 84
REG - 86
AUD - 92
FAR - 90

I don't think anyone can tell you from exam experience without violating disclosure rules, but if I remember right the published CSOs have about 60% tax, 40% business law, so that should give you a decent idea of what you're in for.
