I haven't gotten my score back for REG yet, but I didn't feel too bad leaving the testing center. It was definitely tough, and some questions I had not seen before (crossing my fingers it was a 'difficult' testlet), but reasonable. If you're using Becker, be sure not to skip on the "pass keys" you see throughout the book. Always keep a running list of major topics, it helps you stay organized as well as truly see how much stuff you're covering. While listening to lectures, it seems like a mountain, but a brief list helps you keep things in perspective.
@Yvonne/anyone preparing for REG: Always try and judge the importance of different topics based on their coverage in the book and the type of homework MCQ's. Never totally skip a topic, but don't focus on the exceptions of the exceptions in contract law, and forget to at least get the basics of corp/pers tax understood. I personally found tax to be difficult, but once you break it down it's not terrible.
For example.. Personal: adj 'above the line', itemized ded. In Becker there is a whole section on calculations of various credits. What a waste of brain power and space. There is know way I would remember all that. Always keep in mind the relationship b/w study time and points on the exam. Don't be overly focused on exceptions of exceptions. Don't feel overwhelmed by the complicated stuff at the expense of nailing the basics.
