    Hey guys! Good luck to everyone taking exams this window.

    I am taking REG in less than a week and I am having trouble understanding the Business Law – Uniform Commercial Code, mainly the Negotiable Instruments and Secured Transactions.

    Can someone explain this in simple terms that I can understand. I read these sections twice in Becker and couldn’t grasp the concepts.
