    Hi Everyone,

I am a first time applicant. I am giving my first exam which is FAR from MA. I had printed out the application from the nasba website for the first time applicant when I had applied for the NTS for FAR. It took about 8 weeks to get the NTS. I am all set for Oct 1. Now, I want to register for the second exam which will be BEC. But I do not know how to go for the NTS. Do I have to fill out the same application or can I go online and pay for the NTS. I know it took like 8 weeks for my first NTS since my credentials had to be evaluated. Does it take the same amount of time for the second NTS to arrive or will it be a lot quicker. Please advise.

That is my question, too: https://www.another71.com/cpa-exam-forum/topic/getting-a-second-nts-for-next-year. Hopefully someone here has been in the same boat and knows the answer.

It takes about 10 days to get an additional NTS (the first one is the only one that takes multiple weeks) in my experience in MA – my peers have had similar experience. I believe you can register right on MA's NASBA page.

I'm pretty sure once your credentials are checked out you can do it at nasba.org

Click on Exams, CPA Exam, your State, and then Re-Exam Registration

Put in Your Social and your birthdate…check it out. If you do the email option it should take a few business days for them to email it to you.

    NEW YORK- DONE
