Scam email?

I just got an email from CPA Examination Services telling me that CPA Examination Services had a update and that the NH Board of Accountancy had a fee change that was not collected on my account and if I wish to keep my account active and receive any future test scores then I will need to pay the $75 within 30 days. No online payment option is available – they just want a check or for me to write down my credit card information on the form provided and mail them back…

The most disturbing part if this is a scam is the fact that they listed my full name and address on the top of the letter.

    Thoughts?

Anyone else from NH get this email?

I would just call your state board to verify

    I saw. I called. I was conquered.

They obviously don't believe in negotiation or sunk costs.

They're re-billing anyone who bought a NTS during the software upgrade dates because the old system “charged us too little.”

Do they not suck enough money out of us already??

They charged me $75 the first time, so I guess the bumped the fee up to $150?
