Should I look for new job or wait till I pass CPA exam first?

    I have been working for a small CPA firm for about 2 years now, but I want to take on more responsibility and something more challenging. I passed two parts of the CPA exam and currently studying for the 3rd part.

    Do you think it would better to finish the CPA before I start looking for a new job?

    Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated.

    Note:

    I graduated college in 2013 and held several internships in the past.

    AUD - Passed
    REG - Passed
    BEC - Passed
    FAR - TBD

    Go for the experience first, and figure out a way to fit the exam in.

    If I were you, I'd finish the exams, have them sign off on your experience so you can get your license, then start looking for another job.
