5PM starting times are killing me!! I don't get out until 6PM at the earliest, so I almost missed half the game 🙁

haha I love the first post. I literally work my ass off now so I can eventually jump to private and play hockey 3-4 times a week and still get paid well. Public makes getting on the ice once a week a chore..

Well I stopped after Chicago lost :-((. But the NBA finals is a different story. Pulling myself away is torture….worse than cramps….lol

I'm going to have a hard time not keeping up with the World Cup over the next few weeks – it's like most of the sports in the Olympics. I pay attention once every four years.

Football, on the other hand, is a whole different issue – here's to finishing these exams up before preseason!

I should have stopped watching when the Hawks is out…

It's getting interesting as Kings couldn't swipe away the cup last night.

I usually skip the first period or two and spend that time to do MCQ like a mad man.

Because watching the whole 3 periods and double OT is too much time to spend in front of the tv.

The bounces went the other way last night. Great game regardless. The puck sat on the gold line for a few seconds TWICE last night! When was the last time anyone saw something like that???

Well … Congrats to the Kings. Good motivation for any CPA candidate. Hard work..hard work..hard work. playing hockey and taking and passing the CPA exam both take profound amounts of inner strength and confidence to make it or let alone even step out onto the ice. I play as much as I can and it certainly makes me feel less “Un-Well” about this exam when I am out on the ice… for others it may be soccer or football or whatever fuels your passions.

@lude4life13 – I hear you and find comfort in knowing I am not the only one motivated to pass the exam to have enough $$ to play hockey 3-4 days a week, maintain a CPA firm, and get front row season tickets to every game, jump on a plane to follow the rangers next year when we go back to the left coast for revenge and play and train with the pros just because I will be a young successful guy who could afford to do that.. strange what motivates us.
