    Becker Question –

So I signed up for the Wiley Audit testbank and I started doing 30 question pop quizzes and I was shocked I am getting between 53%-78%.

Should I be worried? My exam is on the 28th of this month and I have no work or any other obligations.

I also have the ninja audio, notes, and the cpaexam4free sims.

how should I spend my time to pass this beast?

note : this is going to be my second attempt at audit 🙁

Do practice sessions on your weakest areas in Wiley (20-30 mcq at at time) and read ALL of the explanations.

Takes notes when necessary to reiterate the concepts.

When you get bored with Wiley, switch back over to Becker and do some progress questions.

I would steer clear of cpaforfree unless you have 100% grasp on the topic you are reviewing and just want extra practice. cpaforfree shouldn't be used as a learning tool, only practice testing, as sometimes there are errors. If you know it 100%you can say, oh they're wrong, I know this stuff.

    I agree completely with MCLKT.

You should be doing a MINIMAL! And I stress MINIMAL 200 MC per day and every day until the 28th. I personally do sets of 20 questions. And really read the answers and try to understand why you're wrong and why they are right. And for each question try to identify the reason why Becker or Wiley is asking you that question. Where in your notes, would u be utilitzing to answer that question. And if you see that concept asked over and over again and you dont have it written down in your notes, then write it down. Like for example, you see a lot of questions popping up about the amount of days after audit report before an auditor should communicate a material deficiency to the Board of Directors—which is 60 days. So write that down if you think its something you'll forget later.

There are ten full days until the 28th and I know because I have an exam scheduled on that date too. So Im doing a MINIMAL of 200 a day. When I studied Auditing, I was pretty much getting around 85-100% for my 20 question sets for Becker. So you gotta really do them over and over again until you are sick to your stomach. And then when that feeling, drink some Pepto and take a nap.

    Thank you @SammyJ and @MCLKT

I will knock out those multiple choice in the the next 8 days and pray for the best. It seems like I only need 9 points but thats really like an additional 75 in CPA land. Haha 🙂

Should I be working on Sims or just get the concepts down through MCQ?

    Happy Studying 🙂
