Hello, I have some question, could you please give me a help?

I have passed my last section yesterday, and my status changed to Credit. My question is about how long will my status change to Pass since now?

Another question is that the board says they will mail us a letter, but I am out of US now. I am afraid they will mail this letter lost. So whether this paper letter is very important for us? For example, if I need to apply a license or transfer to another state board, do I have to mail the paper letter back to the board?
