   Does anyone recommend going over the chapters in any particular order? I just took BEC and felt that I would have been better off studying BEC 5 first so I would have more time to go over it before the exam instead of trying to rush thorough it so I would have enough time for a final review. With BEC, it doesn't matter which chapter you do first since they don't build upon each other. Is this true for FAR?

   AUD - 85
   BEC - 81
   REG - 67, 75!!!! (simulations killed me both times but 2nd time around, MC saved me)

   I think the order of chapter for FAR is very well done. There are some chapter you will have to read 2 or 3 times to get the concepts down (like F2,F5 and F6). The biggest problem with FAR is the amount of content, which cause people to forget earlier chapters after finishing the latter ones. For that reason you should keep doing simulated exams to keep every content as fresh as possible. If you are afraid of Governmental and not-for profit accounting, maybe you could start with F8-F9 but I consider them one of the easiest topics in FAR (my opinion).

   FAR 88 - BEC 86 - AUD 90 - REG 85 - I'm DONE!!!!

   I would concur with herbert. My NFP and Governmental accounting classes a decade ago were worthless. I was terrified of them for the review and exam. They ended up being much, much easier than expected.

   I thought AUD and REG flowed really well as far as order of the material. FAR is just a beast with so many topics I don't know that the order really matters after a certain point.

   For BEC I would do BEC-5 first and BEC-1 last though.
