   Hey everyone,

   I'm through Reg 3 of the 2012 Becker Review and I feel like I have a very average understanding of the material. It feels weird moving forward to the next chapter or next set of materials unless I fully grasp an idea, but at the same time, I'm taking Reg 1/30 and don't want to fall behind.

   Should I move forward and spend the last days before the exam doing MCQ's on the topics I struggled with previously? Like I said, I don't want to fall behind in my study plan but I want to obviously have a stronger understanding of certain items.

   Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

   BEC - May 2012
   AUD - July 2012
   FAR - August 2012

   if i were you i would keep going, like you said, im afraid to fall behind, and when i have time at the end i will go back and review those topics that I am itffy on. GOOD LUCK!!

   I think you should move forward. You need time to go through the rest of the material.
   You should keep a list of the topics you need to return to so you can go back to them later. With one of the exams that I had a difficult time understanding a few topics with the material I was using (nothing wrong with the material), I kept track of which topics I needed to go back to, and in the end I decided to use different review material for those parts and it explained the concepts a little bit differently and I understood them better. When there was still a topic I wasn't adequately grasping even with the supplement review, I went back to my original material and was then able to understand it better.

   I know what you mean.

   Move forward and keep rereading your notes on previous chapters when you have an extra minute.

   Finally a CPA :)
