BEC is a lot of memorization so if you have the ability to retain a lot of stuff about different topics then I definitely think 3 weeks is enough time since you are studying full time. You could easily get in 12 hour days. So 12 hrs per day * 20 days = 240 hours. Totally passable. You could read 3 chapters a day and finish the book within one week while taking notes and still have 2 weeks to quiz/review. This short of a time works in your favor for memorization because you don't have as long to forget it as someone studying part time over 2 months. It also helps if you have a business background.

BEC is the “hot dog” of the CPA exam…all the leftover parts that don't belong get smashed up into this section! I spent about 3.5 weeks preparing for BEC, but it was right after I stomped on Audit and there are many crossover topics between the two IMHO. I work full time and took BEC last May so I wasn't dealing the stress and hours of tax season. If you are studying full time then you should be OK!

You can do BEC in 3 weeks studying full time but do not take any short cuts. Put in the hours to learn the material / practice and understand.

As other Posters said it has various topics all mashed into on exam. Use google to search for more examples or better understanding on some of the topics.

Make sure you are comfortable with the WC part. Those can be the easiest 15 points you can pick up so don't leave then off the table. They could help you get over the 75 %

Lastly the IT section is the most hated section by a large number of candidates. Once you come to it you will see why. Its not hard just sooo redundant.

    Good Luck!
