Does anybody else have a hard time studying at work? I have downtime right now, but feel extremely unmotivated to study at work. I know I should take advantage of it instead of having to worry about studying after work. Anybody have any thoughts?

I love it... but that's because I have two noisy toddlers at home:))
Whenever I'm not feeling motivated, I start writing things down. Mechanically, not even thinking much. It's slow, but it helps me to at least do something and after an hour or so, I start to get into study mode.
I did have some down time when studying for REG, and did it at work, and it was great. It was an extra hour or so a day I could get in. Think of all the personal time you can save by doing it. Maybe you can lie on your couch and watch a comedy and laugh a little instead of always being in the book. Just do it, if you can. You can only gain.
thanks guys :) i am actually reviewing chapter 1 right now for BEC at work then i will move on to chapter 2. i did chapter 1 about 3 weeks ago!! it just takes me a while to get motivated to study lol
also...STILL debating if i wanna reschedule my exam to January 27th instead. right now i have BEC scheduled for february 12, but it's the second week of my busy season and i honestly don't think i need 5 weeks for it. don't know if i am kidding myself or not??!! i just wanna get it over with so i can focus on tax season and then tackle the beast...FARE!!
