Took REG and used every minute of the 3 hours. Took AUD and left with over an hour remaining. Does anyone else feel like AUD should maybe be 3 hours and REG 4 hours? I know the amount of time one takes to complete the exam is different for each individual, so trying to see if there is a consensus. Seems bass ackwards.

    FAR: 4/19/2014 - 85!
    AUD: 5/27/2014 - 90!
    REG: 7/18/2014 - 81!
    BEC: 8/13/2014 - 84!

I agree but doesn't that mean we get an additional 18 MCQs? I suppose even at 1.5m/MCQ that's still leaves an extra 33 mins but damn I don't want another 18 MCQ for REG

    MBA,CMA,CPA, CFF?, ABV?

I had plenty of time for REG. I used all my time for FAR and BEC. I am surprised that AUD is 4 hours. Doesn't seem like it should be as long as FAR but I didnt take it yet.

AUD does seem longer than necessary, but I thought REG worked out about right.

    AUD 84 (1/9/14-Wiley books/TB + free materials)
FAR 83 (5/21/14-the above + NINJA 10 Pt Combo Lite)
    REG 84 (7/9/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC/Notes)
    BEC 76 (10/5/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC)

Yeah, I left with over an hour left for AUD. BUT there are some people that can actually do a testlet, review it, then move on to the next testlet. I can't do it. I still need as much gas for the 3rd testlet as for the 1st and the review sucks me dry. I just answer the questions, move on, and roll the dice (I've never changed an answer from reviewing anyways).

Some people's ability to focus is amazing.

    FAR - 87 2/18/14
    AUD - 84 4/2/14
    REG - 87 7/23/14
    BEC - 78 8/26/14

I'm finally an *official* CPA - TX

I haven't taken AUD yet, but I feel like the material in REG is more vast and difficult and while I don't want more questions it would make sense to me if it were the longer of the 2. I'm studying for AUD right now and and I feel like the questions are pretty easy/quick… Not like when I was studying for FAR and REG. Maybe 3.5 hours each would be a good compromise? I hope I finish early! I'm with yourmomsaCPA, I CANNOT review. Even my flagged questions give me anxiety and I feel that I must move on. I usually get to the SIMS and have some regret that I didn't review. Yet I've done the same routine everytime.

    FAR - 7/13 - 72, 11/13- 74, 2/14- 82!!! Best score ever (for me)!!!
BEC - 1/14 - 75!!! Perfect score! First Pass! YAY!!!
    AUD - 8/14 - 80!!!
    REG - 5/14 - 72, 10/14 - 66, 1/15 - 78 - DONE FOREVER!!!
I did 5 of the UNA and CPAExcel classes to earn units.

@StephAV, you will definitely finish early, especially if you don't go back to review. I never review either unless I actually flag a question; then I'll go back to look at it. Can't stress enough to use the AL when doing the SIMS for AUD.

    FAR: 4/19/2014 - 85!
    AUD: 5/27/2014 - 90!
    REG: 7/18/2014 - 81!
    BEC: 8/13/2014 - 84!

I never went back to check my MCQ testlets, but I used the full 4 hours on AUD–2 full hours looking up every SIM in the AL and it was a significant help. I would have failed if I hadn't had that time to search the AL and find entire answers word for word.

@mama, that is a good point. I left myself 2 hours for REG Sims and I think it helped. I feel like the REG mcq are the easiest to complete fast (not the easiest questions but they are more “look, you either know it or you dont”).

^^Agree. The one mistake that I see continuously for AUD is that people went through it so fast they didn't fully read the questions and AUD questions are the trickiest of all of them with the way they are worded. REG MCQ went significantly faster than AUD.
