well in thoery no you will have to retake the expired section; consult your state board for more details; unless you are in the snow storm region then I doubt they extend the 18 month rule
i am in ca, i called the prometric center they told me if i take the exam on 3/8/10
it is consider jan/feb window and i will get the result by the end of March... now i am worried......
3/8/10 is considered part of the Jan/Feb window, and you should get your score by the end of March, but I am pretty sure that the expiration date of sections is a date 18 months after you take the exam, and now just a cutoff to a window in which is expires. I'm not positive, but the expiration dates for both my exams are specific dates not a window cutoff. I am registered through Alaska though, so it could vary by state.
i took my exam on 8/30/08...and the credit expire 2/28/10
"i took my exam on 8/30/08...and the credit expire 2/28/10"
Right, it goes by date (18 months) - not by testing window.
If it went by testing window the expiration would be all over the place. For example, if you took it at the beginning of the window, when would it expire? Therefore, it goes by date.
Your REG expires on 2/28, so I think you'll have to retake it.
I am pretty sure you had to take it by 2/28/10.
