I took both FAR & REG this last testing window. I took FAR 10/02 and scored a 66, REG 11/28 and got a 78. How would those who have retaken FAR and passed suggest I go about studying again? Do multiple choice chapter by chapter to see what I have to review more? Any help is appreciated.

SomedayCPA- I am in the same boat as you. I failed FAR and I going to start restudying after Monday's AUD test. I think I am going to reread each chapter (Becker) and go through all the multiple choice questions again, marking the ones I get wrong. After all 9 chapters, I'll go back through and look closely at the marked ones.
Hopefully we can get some real experience advice from someone who retook the exam.

Someday, what did the statistics on the back of the results tell you were your strong and weak points? I suggest doing MC again then going back to reviewing the course CDs again. The results will really tell you what sections to concentrate on. When I retook the exam the second and third time, I had to review I/S, CF, NFP, and Govt.

I taped my results to the wall next to my desk as I studied and then made sure to focus on my weak areas. I used the Becker final review which was awesome with highlighting the key areas and also make sure to MASTER not-for-profit and governmental (an easy 20% of the exam!)
I went from a 72 to an 80 doing this.... and just keep at it with the practice MC questions....

Well, I retake on Saturday and this point... I am so burned out. I don't feel confident by any means but I think I feel good enough to get the extra 6 points that I need. There is just so much information that is testable and I don't think I can stomach reading about consolidations one more time. I know a little bit of everything and I hope it's enough.
