I don't have the link handy but I have this (below) saved on my computer. I believe this may be the template you're searching for..and btw, I used it for my exam on 7/25 and apparently it worked : )

Dear [insert name], (note that a salutation is only necessary if the WC is formatted as a letter instead of a memo)

Each topic should be its own paragraph. Begin each paragraph by giving a definition of each topic.

This format will help you do great in your exam, make sure that you memorize it and repeat it so that it sticks in your mind, this format has got a stronger evaluation according to a friend of mine!
