I sit for my very first CPA exam next Friday for BEC. I've been through becker lectures, homeworks, flashcards. I've redone the homework multiple times and read each chapter making notes on what I did not understand. Any tips for how to spend my last week preparing? Anything would be appreciated!!

I have REG in 6 days. The past few days Ive spent reviewing each chapter and trying to answer as many MCQs as possible. My recommendation would be to hit the MCQs hard, and understand why you got them right, OR wrong. The explanations have helped me to pinpoint some of the topics I thought I understood, but did not.

Took my first test today which was BEC. Was really relieved earlier today about at least trying it. Good chance I failed...unless all 20% of the questions that aren't graded have numbers as answers or I rock at guessing! I would have done SO much better if I knew ALL of the ratios extremely well. I spent a lot of my time trying to remember those which wasted quite a bit of time. Anyways, spend the rest of your time on the information you know you would struggle with if you saw it on the exam. I too am in this window taking the REG exam... I am spending my last few days reviewing the chapters, working the homework problems, and taking the practice exams... Anyone else finding their scores can be all over on the practice exam? I too 2 tonight, first on on R1 & R2 of Becker and scored a 92. Then I took one on R1-R3 and scored a 75. Kicker is that my 98 in R1 on the first exam was a 75 on the second... No rhyme or reason for it to me... Good luck everyone!!

Thanks guys for all the tips. I'll try to drill in as many questions as possible this last week and take the final exam simulations a few times. Good luck to everyone taking an exam this testing window!
