Mary28: All I can tell you is start from the beginning and study everything like you've never seen it before. Identify your weak areas but do not take your strong areas for granted! If you can get a 74, you can get a 75+. Also, get the NINJA notes, write your fact nuggets all over them and re-write and read them every chance you get. Good luck!

That is a matter of preference. Personally, I watched the videos and took notes in the NINJA notes and then I went back chapter by chapter and worked through MCQs and Sims. It can't hurt, that's for sure. =)
