Thought I'd jump in here. I just finished studying B1. Well, I'm on the homework now. I'm using Becker. Becker really scrimps on the details, in my opinion. So far, at least. I watched the lectures once, reread the book, and did the homework and still got a 69 the first go around on Corporate Governance. I am disheartened! I'm pretty good with the Cost Accounting material, because I just had Cost last semester.

Does anyone ever truly feel confident when they go into take the exam? Even the things I think I'm pretty good on, like FIFO/Wtd. Avg. equivalent units, etc., I'm still afraid it'll be worded completely differently on the exam and I won't understand. I have dreams of totally bombing it. BEC is my first exam and I'm taking it on April 24. I plan to do one lecture per week until then, with two weeks of review. I'm just so nervous!!!

keeley – you're experiencing what everyone experiences on every exam… especially the first one! Repetition will be your friend 🙂

I started with Yaeger/Wiley 48 /Becker 5. I have always score Stronger for the first lectures so I will start backward now. No sure if it make sense but it feels like I am doing something different to get out of the low 70's course
