The highlights:
1) Total CPA Exam testing time will increase from 14 to 16 hours – four sections of four hours each (changes apply to REG and BEC)
2) SIMS account for 50% of score compared to current 35% weight
3) Introduction of SIMS to BEC
4) Additional $20 exam fee
I’m upset the AICPA didn’t get rid of the multiple choice section entirely for 25 TBS. Anyone else agree?
