    Hi,

Since my exam is coming up. Is there any ideas on how you allocate your time during your Audit test so that you can maximize your best potential??? Any tips are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Audit is the one exam you will have plenty of time for; so don't sweat the time allocation too much.

However, I did 45 mins per testlet; and the rest for the sims. Left the exam with about 1 hour left to go.

We'll see if I passed or not on Thursday.

I see. Anyone else? How do you usually allocate the time on each testlet?

For the four hour exams (FAR and AUD) I gave myself 2 hours to do the sims. On audit I only ended up needing around an hour and 15 minutes for them. Unless you really take a long time on MCQs, time isn't really an issue on audit.

You will have plenty of time. I finished all four of the exams with lots of time to spare. If you focus and just power through, you'll never run out of time.

    FAR: 84
    BEC: 88
REG: 33 (winged it, bad plan), 77
    AUD: 72 ,72, 81 FINALLY DONE!!!!!!

What is the ideal time to allocate for each testlet?

Should I give MCQ more time than 45 minutes each since I won't be able to go back on them?

I'd recommend leaving two hours for the Sims. Many of the answers (at least in my audit exam) can be found by searching the AL. My strategy was to answer every Sim to the best of my knowledge, then go back and double check my answers in the AL.

    FAR - 95
    AUD - 98
    REG - 92
    BEC - 10/4/14

You've got more than enough time for AUD. I'd recommend leaving at least an hour and a half, but you're likely to get there with more time than that.

    FAR: May 1st, 2014 - 91
    AUD: May 29th, 2014 - 97!
    BEC: July 16th, 2014 - 91
    REG: August 29th, 2014 - 88

I used every minute of my exam and got to the sims with about an hour left. I also double checked each MCQ and pretended as if I had never answered it before, which made my time longer on the MC. I imagine if I hadn't done that I would have finished a lot earlier. This was the only exam I felt like I had the luxury to do that on… every other exam I have only checked the ones I felt as if I needed to flag & tried to keep that number less than 10.
