How would/did you break up your time for the AUD test? I understand it’s 4 hours, how much of that I spend on each testlet and how much time should I leave for the sims ?

4 hour exam: I write down 3:15, 2:45, 2:00 (time remaining on the exam clock, yes I know they aren't all equal, it's a mind game for me)

3 hour exam: I write down 2:30, 2:00, 1:30

AUD: 84
REG: 84
BEC: 79
FAR: 83

I don't clock myself separately going through the first 3 testlets, but I always try to leave 2 hours for SIMS in the 4 hour tests and an 1.5 hours for SIMS in the 3 hour tests.

@mamabear thats good advice on the time allocation.. i completely agree.. save all the time for the SIMS … MC is either you know it or you don't

For AUD/FAR, I allocated 45 minutes to each MCQ testlet, which left 1:45 for the SIMs. I was happy with that method.

AUD 84 (1/9/14-Wiley books/TB + free materials)
FAR 83 (5/21/14-the above + NINJA 10 Pt Combo Lite)
REG 84 (7/9/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC/Notes)
BEC 76 (10/5/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC)

I feel like 4 hours is actually way too much time for audit so I never timed myself. I'm a quick test taker though.

For AUD I allocated 45 minutes per testlet, the rest to SIMS, but I ended up having a good 45 minutes left when I was finished.
