What/Is there a time limit after you pass all four sections until you apply for licensure?
The reason I am asking is I passed all the sections, but have yet to meet the experience requirement.

I'm in the same boat as you are. In MS, you have 5 years; however, I live in AR, so I need to check the time limit for licensure (MS candidate - moved to AR a year ago). As Allyson said, it varies by state. I've been applying for jobs consistently (before, during and now after my CPA exam journey), but so many employers want you to have prior experience. I ask, "HOW CAN I GET EXPERIENCE IF NO ONE WILL HIRE ME???" Ugh, it's so frustrating! Good luck with your job search!

In Iowa you have 3 years to apply or else you have to submit your application for licensing with proof of 120 hours of CPEs.

Interesting thread!! What's the time limit for NY? I hope it's unlimited. I do not want to retake all 4 parts again when I pass them just because I couldn't fulfill the work experience requirement during the time limit.

For what it's worth in my state (MA) passing scores generally do not expire. However if you sit for the exam with 120 education hours (as I did) you have three years to get up to the 150 hours required for licensure. If you don't get to 150 within three years the scores get thrown out and you have to start all over again...
