Took regulation on 2/16

This is my very first regulation exam. I had passed all AUD, BEC, and FAR, so REG is the only one that I need to pass.

For multiple choices, I had more flags checked than for any examples, and I felt that the difficulty went up in testlet2 and at least remained the same difficulty in testlet3. I wouldn’t say I got bombed on multiple choices, but simulation was very frustrating. I knew those topics on simulation, but you know.. it was a little bit trickier then those in Becker. I have feeling that I need to start studying for REG again… I had done great with Becker for FAR, AUD, and BEC, but maybe I need to supplement for REG simulations.

Any suggestions on REG simulation prep?

I felt exactly the same way about the test. Do you have the Wiley Test Bank? I think the sims there are a better practice than the ones I saw on Becker. They are more complex. I did just two or three of them and should have known better than to skip practicing on an important topic. And of course, I saw that on my exam. I took the test last 02/12 and I'm doing practice sims from now till score release to better prepare for next time.

We never know though, I hear a lot of people say they didn't do well on sims but passed. Best of luck 🙂

I did some Wiley Test Bank multiple choices, but couldn't do any of simulations due to lack of time. I will probably take the same approach as you, but need 1~2 weeks of break to relieve stress from prior exam, and then resume studying for REG again.

True, I did not completely give up hope that I may be able to pass the exam this time. Finger crossed. Best of luck to you too 😉
