Hi everyone,
I was trying to reschedule my exam at the link below. I put my confirmation number and my full last name since it only has 3 letters. But it asks for first 4 letters of last name… and the call center is closed now…
Does anyone know what I should put as my last name? I even tried adding 0 before my last name…
