   I passed CPA in Colorado, and i will need to renew my license in below link, but it seems i could not open it, is it blocked for people who is not located in US??

   I tried the page and it works for me. I live in Colorado. Try this link. It's the licensing page of their site:

   http://www.dora.state.co.us/Accountants/licensing.htm

   This web site is a link to send the division an e-mail regarding licensing questions. Unfortunately, it's not a direct e-mail address. It's a form page:

   https://www.dora.state.co.us/pls/real/reg_licensee_contact_gui.show_page

   Maybe those will work?
