The Good News: This is an updated platform and we can do a lot more with it (like make an app – which people have been asking for…)

The Bad News: Not all of the half a million posts made the journey…but most did. We lost about the last month’s worth of posts.

Short term sacrifice for long-term gain and all of that.

There will be a learning curve for sure…hope it goes mostly smooth.

Some of the old favorites (HIYA Button) will be coming back…we just wanted to launch the thing asap.

I think it's a monitor and/or eyes thing, not a browser thing. I pulled it up in all 4 browser that I currently have installed on my computer (actually, just remembered I might have a 5th, but too late, already did my comparison screenshot lol) and took a screenshot of the color in all of them:

As you can see, the color is the same in all of them. I expect that for people who are having trouble with the yellow, this screenshot will look hard to see, too; for people who are having an easy time with the yellow, this screenshot will probably look fine.

For me, it's easy to see, but I recognize that I can see things in plain sight that others struggle to see (even though I don't have 20/20 vision lol – I wear strong glasses, but they correct my vision enough 🙂 ), and that my monitor may display colors differently. So, the colors are fine for me, but I'm curious to see if my screenshot would be clear for people for whom the forum itself isn't, cause that should clear up somewhat what the source of the problem is.

Jeff, I mean my account's favorites log is empty. I had quite a few saved that had some good information in them that I refer to off and on. If click on my log-in name and then click on favorites, it shows this:

re: MCQ being slow … I just logged in and it's reasonable for me…the forum is slow due to the server host…working on that…this would affect the login for the MCQ, but not the MCQ themselves…different server.

The forum being slow will hopefully get resolved real soon.

The slowness with Ninja MCQ is not a new thing. It has been very slow almost the entire time I have used it, for FAR, REG, and now AUD. I think not only do you have to have the newest version of Java but Chrome doesn't support Java anymore.

I recently started using Ninja MCQs and it has been very slow for me as well on Firefox. I haven't tried it on IE, but those are typically the only two browsers I use. It was probably about a minute or so between questions a couple of days ago. I had to stop and go back to Becker because it was just taking too long. I tried the Java update and it didn't seem to help.

@allison213 I noticed on the old forum that the “edit” option would disappear after awhile. Not sure the reason – maybe so people can't change what they said and make others look crazy?

Since I started AUD, I've had to click twice to move to the next question or to get the answer. I've been using Chrome. I made sure that I had the latest version of Chrome and Java. I also deleted all my cookies and cache. Nothing changed. Seems to be working normally on Safari now. I don't know about Firefox but I found this:

Unless I am doing something wrong, you have to go back to the top to get back to the forum, you have to click the time ago to read the last post……figuring out this process is getting a little tedious, I guess I'll have to study instead of keep track of what everyone is talking about.
