Went to Summer Leadership program, chanes of an internship offer?

Hello! I went to a two-day summer leadership program with one of the Big Four with my local office. We had cool activities and it was neat getting to meet and talk to the associates and partners. I know that the SLP was competitive because I noticed that some people who were at the 2nd round interviews weren’t at the SLP. I would want to say 30% were new faces.

The two interviews at the SLP went well and were conversational as usual. I sent thank you notes my associates who gave me tours and the partners who interviewed me.

Based off of your experience, how likely is it that they will extend internship offers to the SLP candidates? I know they already spent money and time on us and was wondering how many people usually get an offer?

    Thanks!

I work in the B4 and did not do a summer leadership program, but some of the people I worked with who did the program said they got their internship offers from the SLP. It is always great to get your name out esp if you want to go big 4. Simply put, it is definitely something that can lead to an offer.

In my office, there were definitely a lot more SLP participants than actual interns, so not everyone will get an offer BUT you will most likely get saved an interview spot. Also by putting that you attended ____'s SLP on your resume, it will make other Big 4's want to interview you too. So you are in a good spot.
