Let’s say you have a business law class or an econ class with a C-, or D

Do those fulfill the CPA requirements or do you need C and above?

Typically it has to be a C- or above. But it really depends on if you have “passed” the class or not. Your instructor would tell you ahead of time in your syllabus what grade you need to pass the course. Any classes you fail won't count.

    FAR-81!!
    AUD-69, Retake: 84!!
    REG-86!!
    BEC-81!!
    Education- Done
    Ethics- August 2013
Experience- 7 Months of CPA Experience and counting!

It also depends on whether or not it's a graduate or undergrad course. At least at my grad school, C's were not considered passing.
