What kind of bag do people carry at Big 4?

    I will be starting at big4 soon and I wanted to know what kind of bag will be okay for work. I know a laptop will be required everyday,so is it okay if I carry a backpack to work? or should I get a messenger bag?

    It is usually recommended to get a Gucci S151 or a Prada AR179.

    Darkknight, while I DO condone spending (blowing) your money on material items as per CPATerminator's advice, rest assured that with the Big 4, they provide you with a laptop and carrying bag. They're not going to give you an expensive piece of equipment just for you to throw it in a shopping bag on the way to work. This way, everyone has the same bag and no one gets made fun of on the first day of school!

    I'm pretty sure they'll get you a bag. My firm gave me two different bags do use, depending on much I need to pack around.

    They give you a laptop bag when you start work. I've heard some firms also provide a few choices, but not 100% sure of that.

    Carry a barf bag 🙂

    You'll be worked to death, so throwing up will be frequent. 🙂

    I'm curious about this as well. I'd assume that they'd give you anything you need & if they didn't you can just ask.

    I was only just gonna bring a couple forms of ID to fill out the initial paperwork and lunch money :). Anything else reccomended?

    Bring your regular book bag to carry all the papers they give you. You do get a laptop bag when you start though, but I ended up using my personal laptop book bag. Good luck!

    haha I got a kick out of this question too. My experience is that they will provide you with a laptop bag (pretty standard). If, however, you'd like to be all fancified, you can always purchase your own I'm sure 🙂

    Being fancy is the way to go!!! Laptop bags provided are pretty heavy and ugly looking. OP you could use your backpack… To each their own really. However messenger bags goes better for days you are wearing a suit
