I was on hold for 2.5hrs this morning and was still not able to schedule for 30 and 31st.
(just leave the phone on speaker, and do whatever you have to do)
I actually used both my cell phone and office phone to see which one picked up first.
Luckily my NTS is expiring in Oct, so i had to reschedule FAR to Oct
Now I have to take both AUD and FAR in Oct, isn't that fun?
