    All,

If you had one pager that you could bring into the BEC exam with you, which formulas/mnemonics would you include?

Just trying to get a general feel for what everyone thinks is most important to this section.

Thanks, and good luck to everybody.

Variances, certain finance and econ topics if it's been awhile since graduation and IT definitions.

Really depends on strengths and weaknesses.

Probably some of the more obscure equations. Most of the rest are very easy to memorize because you see them while doing questions 100's of times.

I would definitely include Cost Accounting, Financial Management, COSO, and IT concepts. You definitely will get a fair share of questions for each of these topics. I would strongly emphasize learning the ratios and formulas. Some that I definitely think you need to know are CAPM, Variance Analysis, Break Even Analysis, COG Manufactured & COG Sold, Net Present Value, Return on Investment, Payback Period, Weighted Average Cost of Capital, Residual Income, Current & Quick Ratio and Payment Discounts. I would learn as many calculations problems as possible, because these can be easy points if you know how to solve them. Also don't underestimate the theory questions because you can have a great deal of them too.
