I’m in IL and took my exam yesterday. On the AICPA website it says they must receive your exam midnight on April 20th for a May 5th release. Does anyone know if business days have an effect on when the AICPA receives the score? Also, they say “take your test BY” not “take your test BEFORE”, but then they say midnight on April 20th. If it was “take your test by” guideline, wouldn’t that mean by 11:59 p.m. on 4/20? I hope my question isn’t too confusing to understand.

Also, when I normally take the exam, the next day I can go to the ILBOA website and it’ll show a W in the current test that I took. As of now it shows nothing, not even the exam I took.

I just don’t want to wait even longer for my AUD result. I’ve had to wait a month before and it sucks.

I am not in IL but I have routinely taken my exams on the last day of a window, in the afternoon, and have never had a problem getting the earlier release. Hope this eases your mind.

AICPA almost always gets scores the same day even on weekends. They put it in there to cover themselves on the very off chance Prometric can't or won't submit the scores the same day (power outages, etc.)

Thank you both for your comments. I feel a little bit better about it now.
