When exactly will PASS credit be expired?

For example, 3 exam credit(AUD, BEC, FAR) Expires:08/31/14. But, if you are schedule to exam REG on 08/27/14(Earlier than expiration date), the passed credit will be expired regardless of the result of REG because the score would be release after the expiration date(8/31/14)?

Otherwise, will NASBA hold the credits until the last exam result would be released?

I don’t know when I should apply to schedule with calculating the expiration date. Please, help me.

You have to SIT for the exam (and pass) before the expiration date. If you sit before 8/31 and pass, it'll count even if you don't actually get notification of your passing score until after that date.

    FAR - 79 (11/27/13)
    AUD - 76 (2/1/14)
    REG - 77 (5/30/14)
    BEC - 88 (7/18/14)

    MN Ethics - 100% (3/9/14)

    AND DONE! 8/1/14

You can schedule your REG exam any time before 8/31/14 (not sure if you can schedule it ON 8/31/14 or not)…if you pass, you're all set! If not, all of the exams with the 8/31/14 expiration date will then expire and need to be retaken and passed at a later date. The date that REG scores come out has no impact.

Just out of curiosity–how do you have 3 exams expiring on the same day? I didn't think it was possible to take 3 in one day.

I'm not sure if that part was hypothetical, but I think some states give you 18 months plus whatever it takes to get to the end of the test month or the end of the test window.

    AUD 84 (1/9/14-Wiley books/TB + free materials)
FAR 83 (5/21/14-the above + NINJA 10 Pt Combo Lite)
    REG 84 (7/9/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC/Notes)
    BEC 76 (10/5/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC)

Some state gave you til the end of the window regardless which date in the window you took and passed the exam. So you could have passed say FAR on April 2nd, AUD on April 30th, and then REG on May 27th, and you will have expiration date for all 3 passed exams on Nov. 30th of next year.

    FAR - Aug 2013 Passed
    REG - DEC 2013 Passed
    BEC - FEB 2014 Passed
    AUD - MAY 2014 Passed

@ykim — I spoke with NASBA earlier this month and they indicated you could sit for the exam on the day your section expires (although they recommend moving it up a day or two in case of complications). Even though your scores are not available on the date of expiration, it will be fine as long as you pass the section you need.

    I hope this helps!

Ah. Thanks for the clarification stag and Kimboroni. I don't think Florida is like that and I hope I don't have to find out!

Another hypothetical, what if your expiration is on a holiday and at the beginning of a testing window. For example, I took REG on 7/1, which if I receive a passing score will expire on 1/1/16. If it comes down to that would I have to sit by the end of November '15?

    REG - 86
    FAR - 74,
    BEC - 72,
    AUD -73,
