All you second or more timers out there, when do you know you’re ready for a re-match? I know people have different situations so what’s your story? I got a 71 on REG, sims being my weak point :(. I just don’t know when to reschedule.

Plan is to keep doing at least a test a day, all questions so it’s a constant mix and all the simulations for exposure. So a month? 2? I am scared I’ll do it too soon or too late (I believe you peak and fall). Also I need to take BEC (since I lost it) in Nov:(. I can’t mentally do both at the same time with 12 hr work days, I need to be tunnel visioned on one.

As Whitney Houston put it “How will I know…?”

a 71 in REG shows me that you understand a good amount of material, and just need to tackle your weak areas. I would reschedule it for beginning/mid October. I failed AUD a while back by 2 points and rescheduled ASAP because I still had a lot of the material fresh in my mind.. had I waited longer, I would have had to learn it all again front to back.

    AUD: Passed
    BEC: Passed
    REG: Studying

I agree with rescheduling it for beginning of October while the information is still fresh. I actually failed REG for the first time in May and I took it again at the end of August and passed. I studied for about 3 1/2 weeks. So I think you studying for about a month or so is okay. I used Becker and I supplemented with the Ninja MCQ. I would study everything like you're studying it for the first time and focus in on weak areas and practicing more sims. Hope this helps!

    BEC - 79
    REG - 72, 85 (8-31-14)
    AUD - 70, 2-28-15
    FAR - 74, 82 (2-7-15)

Thanks 🙂 I paid for the test (grrrr) so waiting for my NTS and I'll book asap. I'm doing mixture of all questions to keep everything going and I'll hone in on wrong questions or areas consistently low in scores.

Sims are hard I don't know how to study for them. They are there…there. I'm giving it everything I got!

No problem! As long as you have a good grasp on the material, you should be able to work your way through logically on the sims!

    BEC - 79
    REG - 72, 85 (8-31-14)
    AUD - 70, 2-28-15
    FAR - 74, 82 (2-7-15)
