I sure am. I am surely gonna be screwed if I get one.
Done!

I sure am. I am surely gonna be screwed if I get one.
Government is 8-12% so it would be at most 1 entire simulation, but that would mean no MC on it. I suppose the communication would be from that subject too though if you did, indeed, get such a simulation. Hope you don't.
I found my simulations to be on more "normal" areas, such as non-monetary transactions and some inventory method changes that led to adjustments.
I'm hoping for no simulations. I hope the test stops after the MCs and a window pops up: "You don't need these simulations, you obviously know everything! Why don't you just go home and have a drink?"
And then, after I click OK, another window will come up and say "please report back to another71.com these exact score release dates:"
Haha.

If I have to put together any kind of financial statements for government or non-profit, I might as well bend over and let the exam do its thing without a fight.
I struggle enough as it is with the MC questions on government/NFP. A sim would be a disaster.
I would hate to get a gov't sim, unless it was like what Becker has in their study material. I could handle something with a little practice.
It's these simulation tabs on topics that I have never seen before that are killing me... and I still can't find how to answer them!
Goes to show how different we all are. I loved the Gov't/NFP MC questions. I hope my exam is filled with them.
I'm actually really getting the hang of it now, and doing really well on them
I worked in Government/NFP, I would loved more MC on this area.
gvpt acct simulation is very unlikely. as mentioned by my becker profs, they never had any sims on gvpt/nfp acct. plus since the coverage of gvpt acct is 8-12%, even if they do decide to have it in a simulation, they will max have 1 out of 4 or more tabs on it. as someone mentioned above, if they have a full sim on gvpt, they cannot test any mc questions--well thats just not gonna happen.
Becker updated its materials (pdfs on the customer help site) to mention that a government simulation is possible. But I still think it is very rare to have an entire one based on it.
I'm taking FAR in August with a new approach. I'm working all Becker simulations and have been tediously reviewing cumulative stuff as I progress with the chapters. Hopefully it will pay off... but FAR's like a box of chocolates- once you think you know what what to expect, you might still get something that makes you crap yourself.
