Can I get a whoooooop if this maybe your last CPA exam window? Whooooooooop!!!!!!!!
I wish. God willing next window will be my last one
pshustler, what's up bro? How was REG? Was it everything I bitched about last window?
Whooooooooop!!!!!!!!
(At least it better be my last!!!!)
I won't give you a whoop but I will give ya a HOOK 'EM HORNS!!!
Whooooooooooooooooooooop Whooooooooooooooooooooop! (Double whoops since I took two sections this window)
I REALLY HOPE THAT I PASSED
I'm with keeptrying - I'll give you "hook em horns" (4 times).
Whoooooooooooooop...June is finally upon us! Here's to hoping....
Whoooooooooooop!!!!! Just took AUDIT yesterday and hopefully pass the exam....
Good luck to everyone!!
Whoooooooooop!!!! Good Luck everyone during the "third" week of June.....whenever that is!!!
@Haze - I had the same experience everybody on here had. MCQ werent too bad but the simulations were just flat out brutal. Becker doesnt prepare you at all for the simlulations. Neither did Wiley Test Bank. I knew both of those inside out. Was getting over 90% on every practice exam I took. I reviewed a lot more for this exam after reading how hard everybody else found it to be, and it still kicked my ass. How did you think it went?
@pshustler, the first time I took REG I made a mistake and didn't do half the assigned problems from Yaeger which hurt me because I missed a lot of questions on it. Testlets didn't seem to get harder when I took it the first time and SIMS were a nightmare. This time testlet CLEARLY got harder as the first 2 questions in my second testlet was WTF is this?! SIMS were better than the first time but I think it was because I knew they would be brutal so I was expecting it. SIMS seemed either incomplete or had so much verbage that it was hard understanding what exactly they were asking. All I can say is I did my best and I simply want a 75!
I had a SIM that I had no idea what it was about. Called Phil and asked him about this topic because I couldn't find it in the book. Phil didn't even know what it was!
I knew vaguely of two of the topics, but they were just barely covered in Becker. I mean 1 paragraph and a couple MC Questions barely covered. I went in expecting the worst, so I didnt get too frustrated. But I walked out and couldnt decide how I did. It was just a blur.
Whooooooop Whoooooooooop! Hoping REG was my last exam. As with just about everyone else, I had a lot WTF questions and very short questions. So short that I was done with the test 27 minutes early. The SIMs weren't too bad or time consuming. I just thought one of them was poorly worded with what they were asking you to do. And it could have been a super easy SIM if they made one minor clarification. Anyways, as usual, only the AICPA gods will know how I did and I hope they smile in favor in my direction.
Good Luck all as we deal with the waiting game!
Yup waiting on my last score, I am freaking out and will likely continue to do so until they are released.
Whooooooooop! Not going to hold my breath though. My bet is that I'll get a score in the high 60's. But seriously, you just never know with these tests!
Is anyone continuing to study just in case they don't pass? I'm crazy busy at work right now, but I think I'd rather stay on top of the material so that I know I can take it again at the beginning of July if necessary. Any thoughts?
Waiting on BEC and FAR. In the meantime I'm taking a long postponed vacation and starting on taking the CFE exam in August. If I don't pass both I lose AUD so I may have to start back again in Sept so I'm enjoying not studying while I can.
Patiently waiting for FAR. On vacation in Ecuador until late June, I am confident I passed, just waiting (hopefully) to celebrate.
I'm doubting that I passed FAR as I didn't have time to put in the needed hours to learn so much info. But, with that said, I'm still hoping I can squeeze out a 75 and be done with this nonsense!! I am sooo ready to move on with my life!
WHOOOOOPING CRANE!
Still waiting here and getting less patient every day.
I've been avoiding getting into the score waiting, but here I am, giving a double whooop whooop
BobTheCPAlmost,
I had been waiting for you! I remember you from last testing window!
ya, I found that frequenting the boards just made time go by slower, so I've been on break from both studying and the forum. two weeks to go :-) luckily I'm off to find some snow in NH and go skiing, which should mean I don't think of the CPA exam until Monday
Whooooooooooooooooop for my AUD! Hope I can pass it!!
@BobTheCPAlmost - I've also found athletic activity helps keep my mind off of the exam. I had my first Roller Derby practice last night (and I have a few bruises to prove it!). I feel like if I can just immerse myself in derby, maybe the time between now and late June will zip by. Good luck and have fun skiing Bob. :)
43rd day on skis this year. woot woot.
and yes, getting out and getting right and tired is an excellent way to forget about this CPA.
I haven't thought much about scores. I only thought about scores when I was studying. Since I haven't been studying and have somewhat gotten my life back I haven't thought about score releases. I think time as flown by
WOOOP! Waiting on BEC, but not feeling great about it! Good luck to everyone!
what are we 15? grow up
shutupandstudy, if you don't like it then get the hell off and go read something else. No one wants your negative comments!
shutupandstudy = troll
WHOOP WHOOP!!
BEC outstanding....still have a lot of praying to do though. :( These darn exams take so much out of you that by the time you have 1 left, you still don't trust how it went. Hopefully all of us have a sigh of relief ahead of us.
Best of luck to everyone!!
@shutupandstudy - I hope you don't pass
Everyone else good luck!
LOL @ Aloe...
There always seems to be at least 1 random person each testing window who creates a stir...I think we know who it is this testing window. :)
