Wiley Test Bank has a total of 1192 MCQ, with 542 Tax and Legal and Professional Responsibilities questions and

650 Business Law questions. Why do topics that cover only 20% of the actual exam compose 55% of the test bank?

Because those are the “easy” points to pick up during the exam. Bwhahahaha As if ANY of this is easy! I tried Wiley, Gleim, and Bisk for REG but if you know what is in the Ninja notes and audio, you will do this! REG is just a really jacked up test in my opinion. But this is coming from someone who despises taxes with a passion!

Thanks. The only things I am worried about are adjustments for AMT and ACE, and tax forms. If I get a 1065 or 1120 simulation on the exam, I am effed.

You need to look at business law, but it's really not as heavily tested. My exam was maybe 7%. Definitely focus your efforts on the tax stuff. I did fine on the business law, and I really didn't need to study it like I did.

    F - 2/15/2014 - 85
    B - 2/26/2014 - 88
    R - 4/1/2014 - 83
    A - 4/21/2014 - 95

Totally agree with Jeff. My test FELT heavy on BLaw, but it may have just been my perception. I know that had I not felt comfortable with Law, like I did Tax, I would have been mentally screwed.

    FAR 82
    REG 76
    BEC 71, 78 (There is a light!!!)
    AUD 69, 83 (DONE!!!!)

I think (per Roger) that there is just so much BLAW material that could be tested, that in order to adequately prepare you, they have to cover it all. Even though the actual exam will not hit all the areas, there is no telling what questions you will be asked. I'm hoping that the BLAW will be straight forward, you either know them or you don't (and hopefully not the latter).

    FAR - 7/13 - 72, 11/13- 74, 2/14- 82!!! Best score ever (for me)!!!
BEC - 1/14 - 75!!! Perfect score! First Pass! YAY!!!
    AUD - 8/14 - 80!!!
    REG - 5/14 - 72, 10/14 - 66, 1/15 - 78 - DONE FOREVER!!!
I did 5 of the UNA and CPAExcel classes to earn units.
