I know it has been a while since anyone has posted to this board - but just FYI I have had several problems with the Wiley software recently. I LOVE the convenience of the online test bank, it has been extremely helpful, however the software seems to have several errors and my experience with technical support has been very poor. I found several errors months ago in BEC, reported them to Wiley, and received a very clipped response that they would review the problems. In my review of REG I noticed an error on ITAX-0116 (the April 15, 2014 answer simply isn't correct - it doesn't even match the explanation).
Additionally, The "start session" button on my Reg-Practice Session tab disappeared yesterday afternoon. I attempted to contact technical support via the chat feature, waited for an hour with no response (I am not exaggerating), gave up and sent in an "ask a question" form. The response to my "ask a question" form did nothing to fix the problem, so I got back on the chat feature this evening, waited 40 minutes, watched as my position went from #2 in the queue to #1 and back to #2 and got so frustrated that I gave up and contacted customer support to see if there was a problem.
Thankfully, customer support connected me to technical service immediately so the software problem was resolved. (THANK YOU customer support agent Carrie B.)
This has been my experience thus far with Wiley 2012. I wish I didn't have these experiences to report - but my dealings with technical support has been disappointing and extremely frustrating. I hope these issues are resolved in the near future.
