I just passed BEC (78) solely on the Wiley prep book. I thought it was way better than Becker, so when I moved onto REG, I naturally bought Wiley. As I was waiting for the book to arrive, I started studying from Becker (I have an old 2006 set). Now that I got the Wiley book, I think it’s way over the top with unnecessary details when compared to Becker’s REG. It uses complicated language, goes on and on about stuff so insignificant that I can’t possibly imagine to be on the exam and clouds my mind with dollar amounts that sure, are updated, but not tested on the exam. I think I may use Becker to study and Wiley to do the questions. Anyone else having similar (or opposite) experience?
