I have been getting very frustrated with the Wiley test bank questions on commercial paper, secured transactions, and sales. Just when I feel I have a good grasp of the general concepts, the test bank throws in an exception to the rule that was not covered in the text.

The level of detail and the length of the questions is just absolutely ridiculous. Every other question is the length of a paragraph. The wording of the answer choices is sooo verbose, it is almost illegible. I am struggling to score close to the 70’s for either of these sections.

The thing that peeves me off most is that business law is only 20% of the exam, yet it is more than half the material in the text and accounts for more than half the questions in the test bank (I view professional responsibility, etc. separately).

Is anyone else struggling with these sections?
