I have a lot of trouble with Java on my computer. I don’t usually have a problem accessing the Wiley multiple choice but the SIMS take forever to load and sometimes don’t even work. Does anyone know if the SIMS online are much different from the SIMS in the book?

Slow loading seems to be a problem with Wiley these days… has been for me the past several months. It's much quicker for me to just download to the offline version.

In my experience, the online SIMS are not the same problems from the textbook. However some of the book MCQ show up in the online version.

Hi rust752, yes, the questions in the test bank are different from the ones in the book. That goes for both the MCQ and the sims. However, there are some repeats between book and test bank questions that I've noticed, not too many though.

I had a TON of trouble setting up Java when I subscribed to the WTB. That was a few months ago so I don't remember specifically how I ended up fixing it, but I bet you can find good details in some of the old threads under the Wiley board on this forum. I think I had to disable some internet setting to allow it to work (using chrome). And I also remember uninstalling and reinstalling Java several times. I also still have to allow my computer to run the sims using Java every time I do the practice questions, but at least it works. WTB has a lot of good points; Java is not one of them.
