Wiley Question –

How much time do you all spend on BLaw? I already committed to going through every question but I probably shouldn’t have done that with BLaw because I just realized how heavy the volume of questions are. There are 636 pure BLaw questions (not Professional Responsibilities) which is 55% of the available test bank questions. BLaw makes up at most 21% of the actual exam based on the content specification outline.

I was getting really frustrated because some of these topics (sales & contracts and commercial paper in particular) I’m scoring around 65%. But, when I think about it, these two topics make up such a small part of the exam. Probably not smart to get too hung on them, right? I understand all the basic concepts but the super technical questions on the test bank freaking kill me.

Just curious how others are approaching some of these more minimal topics… I need to make sure I put enough time into Tax so I’m trying not to get hung up on some of this UCC stuff.
