    Wiley Question –

I am fairly early into my final review for FAR my exam and I’m using the WTB to supplement the Becker course and Ninja notes/blitz. So far I’ve taken 2 practice tests in the WTB and answered an additional 140 MC questions, and done an additional 7 sims, to total 21 sims overall.

There have been so many repeats in the MCQ’s and sims that its getting a little ridiculous, and I’ve only just started. Of the 320 total MCQ’s I’ve only seen 204 different questions, thats 116 repeats! 21 sims, only 15 different! In the 2nd practice test, 4 of the sims were the same as the first test I took.

Is anyone else having this problem? I feel like I’m wasting my time and money for this test bank!

I'm pretty sure I failed FAR the first time because I memorized so many of the WTB answers so I totally understand this. I think this is inevitable during your final review because there's only so many MCQs that you can have- right now, I'm using Becker for FAR and supplementing with the WTB and I'm even noticing some crossover in MCQ's between the two. I would recommend getting the AICPA released questions and study those. Also, make sure you understand why the right answer is right, and why the wrong ones are wrong. It's easy to go through them and just click the right answer because you've memorized it, but that's obviously not going to help on the exam. Good luck!

AUD: PASSED [81]; Expired, retaking August 23rd
BEC: PASSED [83]; Expired, retaking July 11th
    REG: PASSED [83]
FAR: FAILED [64]; Retaking May 23rd

In my Wiley TB there is a choice to say select “questions never seen before” – Or “Never answered before”

I think that is what you are missing to be able to get other questions that in the Test bank.

As far as I know, Wiley Test bank questions have been same for more than a year. There is no new simulation questions.

definitely use the features as stated by Kenada. I went through all of the MCQs for FAR, BEC, and REG the first time selecting questions ‘Never Seen Before'. You're not going to have that option with the Practice Exam but if you are determined to take a ‘Practice Exam' you can always setup a normal practice exam with 90 MCQs and 7 SIMS using the ‘Never Seen Before' option. You'll get the solution after every answer but I think that is actually beneficial when studying anyways. The second time through all the MCQs I make sure to select the option ‘Seen Fewer Than' and type in 2 times. I also like the option to select questions you've missed for review at the end. Good luck.
